iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp –dport 7750:7751 -i eth1 -j DNAT –to 192.168.100.11

That’ll forward traffic for ports 7750-7751 to 192.168.100.11 for tcp.

There’s an issue when trying to use libflashplugin (required for piping flashplugin through pulse) on AMD64.  I was able to fix it by extracting this package and copying over the /usr/lib32 files to my own /usr/lib32.

This story on an RSS Aggregator written in Ruby, brought to you by me via an RSS Aggregator written in something else.

Get your library knowledge on.   From the article:

A liberal RSS aggregator in 26 lines of Ruby – may be hard to believe, but it’s true. On top of that, it is also capable of serving static files, has a templating engine, and accepts an arbitrary number and types of RSS feeds – talk about squeezing functionality out of every line!

aptitude install ubuntu-restricted-extras

Yup

<jasonn> hmm.
Fun vim factoid of the day.
While editing a ruby file, you can type the

and it will execute your program and show the
 output.

someone point me at a PHP primer for
experienced programmers?
<samsm> And I'd like a tutorial on microwave
dinners written for master chefs.

everyone is required to publish anti-establishment
media.
IT'S THE LAW

<samsm> Don't like it, comply with it.
<jadams> samsm: what would rebellion look like?
<samsm> Very flattering.
But what do you expect of a country founded on
sarcasm?
<jadams> A swift and easy takeover?
<samsm> We will welcome the invaders as
liberators.
