I would IMMEDIATELY begin using a product that satisfied the following criteria:
Has a firefox plugin that allows me to highlight text and make notes of this text using either note popups or (in the case of a tablet PC) a place just to jot notes.
Any site that I do this too is immediately parsed by [...]
