The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case on punitive damages. The case in question is against Phillip Morris, where their punitive damages were influenced in their Oregon case by the masses of Oregonians EVIL PHILLIP MORRIS has injured that WEREN'T INVOLVED IN THE CASE.
